Thought we would kick of the next 10 weeks of the FREE WORKSHOP, on outlining the 10 Key Causes why Foremen are struggling with Project, which is resulting with such a high risk of Failing Projects.
During each week of the workshop, we will be going through the details, including examples of common causes and then into techniques that you can apply on your site, in turning them into successful projects.
The purpose of the workshop is to allow you to put these techniques into practice, straight on site, in helping you become a Productive Foremen.
