NOW, it’s back to our Weekly Post and would like to go into the What’s all the FUSS about Partnership and the advantages for your Projects over the next few weeks.
So this week we will begin with the current situation around Partnership and get into some of the disadvantage and limitations that they are placing on you as Foremen/Project Manager and the Projects.
Currently, when we think of Partnership within projects, we see the Foremen/Project Manager as leaders, dictating the tasks and situations that are to occur, along with no assistance from the contractors and suppliers.
But the issue here, is that without the input of the contractors or suppliers, the information and knowledge that they have within their individual specialty and field, Foremen and Project Managers are limited as leaders, in moving projects to success.
In addition, its this power of shared information/knowledge and partnership that could be used to flourish and bring together a high level of work, knowledge base and union, together.
