Thought i’d put together a short introduction into what “learn2exceed” is all about.
As you may have noticed, this is the first of what i hope will be many posts for our new website. Which has taken some time to get off the ground with what is all still new to our team…
That will be another story, which I’m sure we’ll get back to at a later date 🙂
But for now, l thought our first post would be on the purpose behind “learn2exceed” and ultimate what our aim in providing our listeners over the next few months.
We’re focused on providing a one-stop website, full of information and training for Foremen/Project Manager, within the construction industry.
And so, in kicking off the new website and our team into 2017, over the next few months we will go through the current issues, techniques and training available in providing you with the greatest advantage in successfully completing project, on time and within budget.
So next week, we will begin with a free 10 week workshop, in talking about the 10 key causes why foremen are failing in projects and some techniques that you can use immediately in helping you improve on yourself in becoming a Productive Foremen.

Did you know, that based on 2015 the Global Construction Market was worth an estimated US$8.5 Trillion and that currently about 53% of them are at RISK of becoming Failed Projects.
That is  potentially around US$4.5 Trillion (Worth of Projects) at RISK, each and every year, worldwide.
Now that’s a HUGE issue…
So next week, i’ll start diving into these issues, their causes and ultimately techniques to turn this around.
